Job Title: HR Trainee

Location: Mohali

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic HR Trainees/Interns who are eager to build their career in Human Resources. This is a great opportunity for freshers or recent pass-outs to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from job portals and social media.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
  • Support onboarding and joining formalities.
  • Assist HR team in day-to-day operations and documentation.
  • Participate in HR activities such as employee engagement, feedback collection, and reporting.

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA (HR preferred) – Freshers can apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
