Position 1: Sales Intern Compensation: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month                                                                                               Incentives: Performance-based (on every deal closed) Growth: Opportunity to become a full-time Sales Executive after internship Role Overview: As a Sales Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client communication, and business development. You’ll work closely with the senior team to identify potential clients, build connections, and contribute to Apex Consulting’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads through calls, social media, and outreach campaigns. Schedule and coordinate client meetings. Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations. Assist in maintaining CRM data and follow-ups. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Required Skills: Strong communication in Hindi and English. Good convincing and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn about marketing, sales, and client management. Self-driven, confident, and proactive attitude. Position 2: Sales Executive Type: Full-time Salary: ₹15,000 per month Incentives: Deal-based incentives (after every successful closure) Work Days: Monday – Saturday (Half day on Saturday) Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will take the lead in identifying potential clients, pitching Apex Consulting’s services, and closing business deals. This is a client-facing role that demands strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into paying clients. Conduct meetings and presentations with business owners. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper follow-up records and client data. Required Skills: Excellent communication in Hindi and English. Strong convincing and negotiation ability. Goal-oriented and result-driven.
