What You’ll Be Doing:• Managing & optimising ₹10 L+ ad spend each month on Facebook and Instagram• Building & scaling full-funnel campaigns (TOF, MOF, BOF) using real strategy — not guesswork• Using spreadsheets and dashboards to analyse CPL, CTR, ROAS, CAC and spot trends fast• Testing ad creatives (you’ll work with designers/video editors, but you’ll lead the ideas & structure)• Writing compelling hooks, headlines and ad copy that actually converts• Producing clear daily reports and being accountable for the numbers⸻???? You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:• Are highly analytical and confident with maths — you love numbers and logic• Can build smart spreadsheets for tracking performance, trends and projections• Have an eye for what makes a scroll-stopping ad creative• Have at least 1–2 years’ experience running Facebook/Meta Ads with a proven track record• Understand key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS — and how to optimise them• Take initiative, solve problems, and always ask: “How can this perform better?”⸻????
