Job Summary
The Data Analyst - Procurement & Supply Chain will be responsible for analyzing and
interpreting data to support procurement and supply chain activities. This role will involve identifying
cost-saving opportunities, optimizing supplier performance, and enhancing supply chain efficiency through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Generate and present reports to support decision-making processes in procurement and supply chain management. Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies. Support Global supply chain activities, including Vendor Managed inventory planning, logistics optimization, and forecasting requirement plan with Plants. Conduct spend analysis and provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analyses and reports using AI Tools.Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field. Experience 5-7 years in relevant field Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in procurement and supply chain functions. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (,Qlik, Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of procurement principles, supply chain management, and Global logistics. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ERP systems (, SAP, Oracle) and procurement software (Jaggaer). Certification in supply chain management or procurement (, CPSM, CSCP).Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
