With more than 20 years of Digital Transformation, Consulting, and Platform Implementation experience, we are dedicated to leading our partners in Digital Service Automation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Now Sr Developer based in Bengaluru, with some work from home flexibility. The Service Now Sr Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Service Now solutions. Day-to-day tasks include customizing and building applications, integrating with other systems, handling Service Now configurations, and ensuring optimal platform performance. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.Qualifications- Proficient in Service Now Development, Service Now Configuration, and Application Customization- Experience in Java Script, Angular JS, and other web technologies- Skills in integrating Service Now with other IT systems and tools- Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM processes- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Relevant certifications such as Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
