Please check the below JD for more informationJob Title: SuccessFactors CPI ConsultantLocation: Bangalore (WFO)Experience: 6–10 YearsNo. of Positions: 2Mandatory Skills: Successfactor CPI, SAP CPI, Successfactor ESMJob Description:We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) Consultant to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors integrations and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams, and effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at different levels.Key Responsibilities:- Design, build, and maintain integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other enterprise systems (e.g., People Strong, third-party HR applications).- Configure and customize SAP CPI to support secure, scalable, and efficient data flows.- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.- Collaborate with HR, IT, and functional consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and integration standards.- Support UAT, documentation, and post-go-live activities for integration projects.- Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to junior consultants where required.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 6–10 years of total IT experience with at least 4–6 years in SuccessFactors CPI/Integration .- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs (OData, SOAP), and middleware tools .- Hands-on experience in configuring and monitoring CPI iFlows .- Good understanding of SuccessFactors modules such as EC, PMGM, Onboarding, and Time Management.- Experience with SAP HCM/ECC/S4 integrations is highly desirable.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.Education:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Note: Candidates who are currently working with TCS, not eligible to apply
