Job Details:

  • Work Hours: 6 hours per day

  • Morning Shift

  • Salary: ₹12,000 In-Hand | ₹15,000 CTC

Eligibility:

  • Education: Graduate/Undergraduate
  • Freshers & Experienced both can apply
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Typing speed with accuracy preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through chat support in a professional manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Ensure resolution of issues within defined timelines
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and follow communication guidelines
  • Escalate unresolved queries to concerned departments when required
