Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Noida. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resources functions. This includes recruiting, training and development, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. The Senior HR Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in human resources management- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills- Experience in employee engagement and retention strategies- Experience with HRIS systems and tools- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
