Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Executive to join our Jaipur team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving B2 B and B2 C software sales through consultative selling, client engagement, and solution-driven presentations. You will identify business opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build strong, long-term client relationships to help accelerate Uplatz’s growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Conduct product demos, client meetings, and sales presentations to showcase Uplatz’s software and platform offerings. Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and align product value propositions accordingly. Manage the complete sales funnel from prospecting to deal closure. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets . Maintain accurate sales records and regularly report progress to the management team. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in Software Sales, Saa S Sales, or Technology Solutions Sales . Strong knowledge of consultative and solution-based selling techniques. Demonstrated success in generating and converting leads into long-term clients. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
