Key Responsibilities not limited to below-

  • Utilize strong HR knowledge to manage multi-functional teams effectively.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and induction processes, providing assistance and taking responsibility for pre and post-joining responsibilities.
  • Respond promptly to employee questions and requests.
  • Partner with management teams (leave and attendance, performance management, learning and development, legal compliance, policies/procedures, payroll, claim and benefit) demonstrating solid business acumen, to address various HR matters.
  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, playing a critical role in implementing the organization's HR strategy.
  • Provide support in planning and executing change management, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and CSR programs.
  • Regularly connect with employees to monitor their personal and professional progress.
  • Collaborate with management to recommend performance management decisions and progressive discipline actions, ensuring timely closure of legal cases.
  • Manage resignation discussions, retention discussions, and exit interviews for employees leaving the organization.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as requested.
  • Support HR leadership, build partnerships with organization leaders, execute succession plans, address attrition cases, and help in deriving win-win solutions for employees and organization leaders.
  • Ensure regular and accurate updates of HR database, prepare and timely share reports and analysis with the management or leaders.
  • Conduct regular meetings with location managers.
  • Coordinate and arrange leadership visits at the location.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work with the senior management team on complex business and organizational issues, providing suitable solutions.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist role.
  • Minimum of five years of working experience, with at least three years in a Generalist role, preferably in sizable multinational companies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with virtual and on-site team members.
  • Comfortable working from office.
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written English.
  • Occasional travel to offices in India may be required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with employees easily, and strong people skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, collaborate, and thrive in a high-pressure and dynamic environment.
  • Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
