We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Operations Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in streamlining HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and driving HR efficiency.


Role Overview:-

As the Human Resources Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and aligning HR practices with the strategic goals of the company. This position will require you to lead key HR initiatives, improve processes, and maintain compliance with company policies.


Key Responsibilities:-

HR Operations Strategy: Develop and implement HR operational strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance HR processes to streamline operations and reduce administrative costs.

Team Management: Lead and mentor the HR operations team, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to meet the company's objectives.

Project Management: Oversee key HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for all HR operational issues, providing swift and effective resolutions.

⚖️ Resource Allocation: Ensure efficient and effective allocation of HR resources to support company-wide operations.

Training & Development: Implement training programs to improve the skills and productivity of the HR operations team.

Performance Monitoring: Manage and oversee HR performance management systems, ensuring team goals and KPIs are met.

Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.

Reporting: Prepare and present HR operational reports to senior leadership, outlining performance and improvement opportunities.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, integrating relevant improvements into HR operations.

Team Motivation: Foster a positive and motivated work environment within the HR operations team to ensure high productivity.

Daily Reporting: Submit daily reports to the Reporting Manager on HR operational activities and milestones.


Compensation Details:-

1. Please review the job description thoroughly.

2. The initial compensation will be variable for the first six months from the date of joining.

3. During this period, payment will be performance-based, with ₹5,000 awarded for each successfully completed project or target achieved.

4. ️ Payments will be disbursed within 60 to 90 days.

5. After the initial six months, your compensation will transition to a fixed CTC, which will include a 10-40% increase based on performance and tenure.

6.Basic Salary: ₹30,000 per month , payable upon the completion of your contract. Early departure will forfeit the basic salary.

7.Total Basic Earnings: ₹1,80,000 for a 6-month period .
