We’re looking for an organizational change management specialists (OCM) to join our team The OCM /change specialists are responsible for assessing, managing, delivering, and supporting our clients’ change management strategy. This role will help implement the change management strategy and by identifying and managing stakeholders, developing, and implementing change communications plan, identifying and developing training plan, facilitating communication among stakeholders and enable employees embrace the change in their organization or business unit.In addition, OCMs/Change Management Specialist will participate in project meetings and program reviews, to update the status of change management activities to stakeholders, influence, and gain commitments from sponsors to remove roadblocks, and ensure that OCM goals are achieved.

Your background

A minimum of 2 to 8 years of experience in applying change management principles, methodologies, and toolsExperience with large-scale and complex SAP ERP and SAP technology change programs.Industry-recognized or accredited OCM Certification (APMG, CCMP, Prosci, etc.)Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.Strong analytic skills and ability to provide insights to program managers.Strong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to develop a communications plan and create content for internal communication.Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business or Finance or Engineering/ITProficient in business tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint

Preferred Skills and ExperienceChange management projects experience in SAP ERP, products and functional modules.Experience in a Big 4/ Management Consulting firm would be a plus.Ability to implement the approved and planned change initiatives promptly and effectively.Share best practices and create a new knowledge repository.Business Consulting and Services
