Roles and Responsibilities Manage and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in animal feed production. Conduct thorough nutritional analysis to ensure the highest quality and safety standards in animal feeds. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and documentation for animal feed safety and compliance. Utilize feed formulation software to develop balanced and economic feed recipes. Monitor quality assurance programs to ensure consistent product quality and meeting set specifications. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best quality ingredients at favorable terms for feed production. Lead and manage projects to improve production processes and implement new feed technologies. Analyze market trends to adjust feed offerings and maintain competitiveness in the industry.
