We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our digital marketing initiatives.
If you are a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in crafting and executing digital campaigns, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals.- Plan and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.

Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid and organic campaigns.- Analyze campaign performance metrics and recommend data-driven improvements.- Monitor ROI and KPIs for each campaign to ensure successful outcomes.
SEO and Performance Marketing:
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to enhance organic traffic and keyword rankings.- Manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads to maximize client growth.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.- Coordinate with clients, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.
Content and Social Media:
- Guide the creation of engaging content that aligns with brand objectives.- Oversee social media strategies and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.- Present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients regularly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and analytics tools.- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
