As a Digital Marketing Head, you should have in-depth marketing experience and a passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong company web presence.
Ultimately, you should be able to drive all digital marketing efforts to achieve our business objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build our digital marketing roadmap- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction- Oversee our social media accounts, coordinate with design teams, agency partners for the same.- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics- Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies- Develop strategies that drive customers to our website- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple digital channels and customer touch points- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to execute content, campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.- Manage the digital teams to drive the best possible results for the brand.- Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
Desired Candidate Profile
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field- Proven working experience in digital marketing, Experience in Retail/Fashion/Textiles Industry is preferred- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
