As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled Content Marketing Specialist who understands the art and science of content creation. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Mass Communication, Journalism , or a related field, who has a strong grasp of technical writing , digital marketing, and the nuances of content that resonates in the technology and B2B space.


About the Role


Content is at the heart of everything we do at Aibiliti. We’re looking for an experienced content marketer who can conceptualize, create, and optimize content that not only tells a compelling story but also drives measurable business results.


This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across various content formats —blogs, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and more—to position our clients as thought leaders in their industries. You will also be responsible for creating content for multiple clients at the same time , which means you’ll need to develop a certain level of domain expertise across industries to deliver tailored and impactful content.

Key Responsibilities


Content Creation & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to the B2B tech industry, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Write, edit, and review high-quality content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers , newsletters, and marketing assets.
  • Transform complex technical concepts into engaging, audience-friendly narratives .
  • Work with subject matter experts to craft content that resonates with target personas.
  • Manage content creation for multiple clients simultaneously , building a strong understanding of each client’s industry and needs.


Content Optimization

  • Ensure all content is optimized for readability, engagement, and lead generation .
  • Collaborate with designers to create visually engaging assets that complement written content.
  • Regularly update and repurpose existing content to maintain relevance and maximize impact.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics and LinkedIn Insights .
  • Analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, CTRs, and time on page to assess effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content performance.


What You’ll Need

  • 5 years of proven experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B or tech-related industries.
  • Hands-on experience in content writing and creation , including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters.
  • Strong technical writing skills , with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a non-technical audience.
  • Background in Mass Communication, Journalism , or a related field.
  • Ability to manage content creation across multiple clients while building domain expertise in different industries.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (LinkedIn, email marketing, paid media) and their content requirements.
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively.


Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of AI-powered content tools to enhance content ideation and creation processes.
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) or persona-based content strategies.
  • Experience working with technology-first companies or optimizing content for international markets.
