We're looking for a driven individual who will become the engine behind our affiliate operations. This is a learn-by-doing role where you'll be trained hands-on during your first month while contributing to real growth.What You'll Do:Affiliate Acquisition & Outreach- Conduct targeted outreach via Telegram, forums, CPA networks, and advertising communities- Build and maintain contact lists of potential affiliate partners- Handle initial communications and qualify leads before passing them to senior team membersTechnical Integration & Support- Set up tracking links and configure partner integrations- Connect API endpoints, UTM parameters, and postback systems- Troubleshoot technical issues with quick turnaround timesPerformance Analytics- Monitor traffic quality from new partners- Compile daily reports on FTDs (First Time Deposits) and registrations- Track partner performance metrics and flag opportunitiesSuccess Metrics:- Generate 50–120 qualified affiliate leads weekly- Onboard 20–40 new partners monthly- Maintain 90%+ accuracy on postback configurations- Respond to technical support requests within 1–2 hoursTraining & Growth:You'll receive comprehensive mentorship during your first month, learning our systems, processes, and best practices directly from experienced team members.
