Purpose of the Job:

This role is that of a unit HR lead who heads the people function for the circle in Airtel. Ownership of end to end HR agenda will be a key part of the job holder.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesOwnership of talent agenda for ~700 to 1000 people including learning, performance management etc.Being an advisor to the talent acquisition processManpower planning for the circle to ensure right resourcingPeople connect and engagement charter lead for the circleHandling facilities for the circle office and Airtel stores in Circle.Retention and Engagement of Key talentHR analytics to arrive at meaningful people insights for the circleBeing a coach to the circle leadership team on peopleAnchoring talent and performance management for the circleGrievance handling, consequence management, statutory compliancesEnsuring a delightful people experience and to become a custodian of culture, diversity and inclusion
