Account Manager

Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships built on trust, communication, and mutual respect.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of expectations between the client and the company.
Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with their goals, target audience, and budget.
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to client specifications and deadlines.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, address concerns, and offer strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing clients with actionable insights and performance reports to demonstrate the value of the company's services and drive continuous improvement.
Proactively engage with clients to nurture long-term relationships, anticipate their needs, and identify opportunities for ongoing collaboration and partnership renewal.
Required Skills :
Previous experience in client relationship management, account management preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively interact with clients at all levels of the organization.
Ability to understand client objectives, analyze market trends, and develop strategic recommendations that drive business growth and success for clients.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and account management teams, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
Passion for building and nurturing client relationships, with a dedication to understanding their business goals and delivering exceptional service and value.
Track record of achieving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth targets through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning.
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
