Required Skills :
- Previous experience in client relationship management, account management preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively interact with clients at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to understand client objectives, analyze market trends, and develop strategic recommendations that drive business growth and success for clients.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and account management teams, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
- Passion for building and nurturing client relationships, with a dedication to understanding their business goals and delivering exceptional service and value.
- Track record of achieving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth targets through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
