  • Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and adherence to client specifications and deadlines.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, address concerns, and offer strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing clients with actionable insights and performance reports to demonstrate the value of the company's services and drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively engage with clients to nurture long-term relationships, anticipate their needs, and identify opportunities for ongoing collaboration and partnership renewal.


Required Skills :

  • Track record of achieving client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth targets through proactive relationship management and strategic account planning.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
