Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will assist with lead management, follow-ups, sales documentation, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring smooth customer communication.

Key Responsibilities: Sales Support:

  • Coordinate with sales executives and customers for order processing and follow-ups
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email/phone and provide product or service information
  • Track sales leads, maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

Order & Documentation Handling:

  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and order forms
  • Process sales orders and coordinate with logistics and accounts for dispatch & invoicing
  • Maintain updated records of sales, customer database, and order status reports

Reporting & MIS:

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and share with management
  • Track targets and performance metrics for sales teams

Internal & External Coordination:

  • Liaise with production, logistics, and accounts departments for timely order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with clients for after-sales service or issue resolution

Administrative Tasks:

  • Schedule meetings, prepare presentations or sales materials
  • Support in organizing trade shows, exhibitions, or promotional events (if applicable)

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic knowledge of sales processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); knowledge of CRM is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
