Role: Sales Development Representative (US)Work Mode: Night Shift (7 PM – 4 AM IST)Market: US MarketFlam aims to redefine how consumers interact with ads, content in every shape and form, retail aisles, live broadcasts and fan moments - turning content and interfaces into shoppable, shareable experiences that deliver measurable ROI.Flam has raised a $14 million Series A round led by global technology investor RTP Global with participation from Dovetail and select others bringing the total funding to $22 million. The next phase of growth is to accelerate RD on its app-less Gen AI infrastructure that lets brands create, publish and measure high-fidelity MR, 3 D Digital experiences inKey Focus Areas:Product Roadmap: Upcoming releases include Gen AI-driven 3 D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.Geography: Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.Partnerships: Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, outreach) to generate qualified leads.Research and identify potential clients, industries, and key decision-makers across the US market.Communicate Flam’s value proposition effectively and qualify prospects against set criteria.Schedule discovery calls, demos, or meetings for Sales/Account Executives.Maintain detailed records of outreach and pipeline activity in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.).Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to lead generation and prospecting.Stay updated on US market trends, competitor moves, and industry landscape.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).2–3 years of outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR experience (B2 B preferred).Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills suited for US clients.Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven personality.Hands-on experience with CRM tools and prospecting platforms.Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.Nice to HaveExperience in Saa S, IT services, or digital marketing industries.Familiarity with sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, etc.).Prior exposure to US clients or international markets.
