AMINA provides custody, trading, credit and investment products on cryptocurrencies and digital assets to institutional and professional investors. AMINA is Headquartered in Zug, with presence in Mumbai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, and Singapore. AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management and more recently mid/back-office and IT operations.
About Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager Business Applications to drive the backlog of our core banking solution to join our team of Product Managers. This role requires someone with a strong background in technical business analysis and experience in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring features align with business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write detailed user stories and provide technical specifications for custom development and system integration changes as part of bank-wide projects or change requests
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members to understand business needs and design appropriate solutions
- Act as one of the main contacts for the Core banking application vendor for incident management and change support for business services in the responsibility
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, data models, and detailed functional designs.
Comfortable in analysing error logs, database tables, discuss issues with development teams and understand overall application landscape
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years
- Strong background in technical business analysis, preferably in the fintech/banking sector or similar startup or fast-paces environment
- Experience and a solid understanding of business and/or IT service management
- Excellent analytical, networking, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to understand and integrate various aspects and requirements from a holistic perspective
- Ability to operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment across different geographies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver products and features from concept to launch.
