Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1/L2/L3 functional support for Oracle HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and issues raised by business users.
  • Perform root cause analysis and propose permanent fixes to recurring issues.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support to manage SRs and ensure timely resolution.
  • Handle minor enhancements, change requests, and system configurations.
  • Participate in Oracle HCM implementation and upgrade activities, ensuring knowledge transfer into support.
  • Work with technical teams for integrations, reports, and data-related fixes (OTBI/BIP/HDL).
  • Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay updated with Oracle HCM quarterly releases and apply relevant changes in the support environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Systems, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with strong focus on Core HR and Absence Management.
  • Proven expertise in both implementation and post-production support.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and compliance.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM security, personalization, and reporting tools (OTBI/BIP).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in Redwood personalization using Visual Builder

Preferred Skills

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in Core HR and/or Absence Management.
  • Knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules (e.g., Payroll, Talent Management, Learn).
  • Hands-on with data migration (HDL/HSDL)
