Duration: 3–6 Months

Monthly Rate: ₹150,000

Experience Required: 10–21 Years

We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with over 10 years of expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions. This role requires deep functional knowledge of HCM modules and the ability to lead full-cycle implementations, process enhancements, and strategic consulting for HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and upgrades.
  • Translate complex HR business requirements into efficient system configurations.
  • Configure and test various Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:
  • Core HR
  • Talent Management
  • Absence Management
  • Payroll (preferably Global Payroll)
  • Time & Labor
  • Compensation
  • Performance and Goals
  • Benefits
  • Develop functional designs, test cases, and training documents.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reporting (BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL).
  • Handle data conversions/migrations using HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Loader.
  • Act as a bridge between HR teams and technical teams.
  • Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM (with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud).
  • Strong functional knowledge in at least 4–5 HCM Cloud modules.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end HCM implementations.
  • Expertise with data loading tools (HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Loader).
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and industry best practices.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications preferred.
