Job Summary

The Project Head will be responsible for leading infrastructure development, facility expansion, and dealer network projects for the automobile segment. The role requires expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems, facility planning, vendor management, and compliance to ensure that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and in line with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management of dealership facilities, workshops, and infrastructure development.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Admin, Finance) for seamless project execution.
  • Plan and supervise MEP works across all facilities, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective implementation.
  • Manage vendor selection, negotiation, and procurement of tools, equipment, and project materials.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (KSEB, KSPCB, Factories & Boilers).
  • Prepare technical drawings and review electrical/mechanical installation works.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance and ensure safety standards across facilities.
  • Provide project status reports and updates to senior management.
  • Drive cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and timely handover of projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
