Job Responsibilities:
As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing a wide array of cybersecurity solutions. Your key duties will include:
1. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Management:
- Design, implement, and manage data loss prevention policies and solutions.
- Monitor and respond to potential data breaches or loss incidents.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with DLP policies.
2. Secure Access Service Edge (SASE):
- Implement and manage SASE frameworks for secure remote access.
- Configure and maintain SASE solutions to provide comprehensive network security.
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize cloud security and ensure secure access.
3. Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR):
- Deploy, configure, and monitor EDR solutions to identify and respond to threats on endpoints.
- Investigate security incidents and provide real-time remediation.
- Maintain continuous monitoring of endpoints to detect suspicious activities.
4. Vulnerability Management:
- Perform regular vulnerability scans and assessments.
- Coordinate patch management efforts and oversee remediation of vulnerabilities.
- Ensure that vulnerabilities are tracked and resolved in a timely manner.
5. Antivirus Protection for PC & Server:
- Manage and maintain antivirus solutions for both workstations (PC) and servers.
- Regularly update virus definitions and ensure systems are properly protected.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to antivirus software.
6. Database Encryption:
- Implement and maintain database encryption solutions to protect sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
- Monitor and audit encrypted databases to ensure their integrity and security.
7. Industrial Control Systems (ICS) Vaccine:
- Work with ICS systems to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Implement vaccine solutions to protect industrial control systems from cyber threats.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging ICS threats and ensure system resilience.
8. Azure Information Protection (AIP):
- Implement and manage Azure Information Protection (AIP) solutions.
- Develop data classification and labeling policies for sensitive data.
- Ensure proper application of protection policies across data and communications.
9. Application Security Testing:
- Conduct application security testing (both manual and automated) to identify vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with development teams to remediate security flaws in applications.
- Provide security guidance throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
10. Network Security
- Implement and Manage various Network firewalls and IDS/IPS.
Qualifications:
- • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- • Certifications: Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are a plus.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in DLP, SASE, EDR, and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint protection, network security , database encryption, and application security testing.
- Experience in configuring and managing Antivirus software for both PCs and servers.
- Familiarity with ICS systems and their security requirements.
