Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Handle both permanent and contractual hiring mandates.
  • Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Monster, TimesJobs), LinkedIn, referrals, and other networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations and telephonic interviews.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand role requirements and ensure candidate profiles are well-aligned.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate client interactions (telephonic/video/in-person).
  • Negotiate offers and handle pre-joining formalities.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with selected candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and social media channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports via Excel and internal MIS tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably across IT and Non-IT sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with job boards and professional networks.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment workflows and client management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with attention to detail.
