Lead Technical Recruiter

Job Title : Lead Technical Recruiter Location : Type : Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and strategic Lead Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across our organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leaders, and executive stakeholders to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent in engineering, data, product, and other technical domains. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior recruiters and helping to shape recruiting strategies, processes, and tools. Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment : Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior-level technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. Talent Strategy : Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to build robust pipelines of diverse technical talent. Stakeholder Management : Partner with engineering, product, and technical leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. Guide and mentor a team of technical recruiters; provide support, share best practices, and help scale the team’s capabilities. Sourcing Expertise : Use creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean, referrals, events, etc.) Data-Driven Hiring : use data to optimize recruiting processes and improve time-to-hire and candidate quality. Candidate Experience : Champion a top-tier candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and a professional process. Employer Branding : Collaborate with marketing and leadership to promote the company’s employer brand in the tech community. Experience : 4+ years of technical recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead recruiter role. Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science, Product Management, etc.). Leadership : Proven experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams and influencing hiring decisions at leadership levels. Strong project management skills; Analytical : Comfortable working with recruitment metrics and using data to drive decisions. Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
