JOB TITLE: LegalManager Preferred candidatefrom real estate industry.PURPOSE OF THE ROLE/JOB: To manage and administer allthe legal aspects along with working as a mediator between thecompany and external entities
IMPORTANTJOB FUNCTIONS: 1 Act as aliaison between the company and external legal counsels2 Collaborate with internal departmentsensuring that the company s legal requirements are met3 Drafting and vetting various types ofAgreements Legal Notices MOUs NDAs and Apply for various businesslicenses registration of trademarks termsand conditions for ECommerce Platforms and Websites4 Conduct extensive legal research andhandle compliances 5 Consult the company oncompliance and legal issues buy conducting due diligence6 Formulating finalizing executing andregistering various legal aspects 7Represent company before court and/or government personnels8 Interaction and Liaisoning with Govt.Authorities like Collector MHADA SRAMCGM Revenue AuthoritiesTahsildar Talathi TILR DILR Collector of Stamp Special LandAcquisition Officer 9 Ensure the submissionof all relevant documents and follows up with the variousGovernment/Regulatory departments 10 Monitordeadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties whennecessary.

REQUIREDQUALIFICATIONS: 1 Graduation2 CS/LLB/LLM
SPECIALISEDSKILL SETS: ExcellentCommunication Skills Organized Meticulousand having sound Analytical Skills
