Role: Paralegal Budget : Upto 45k take home Payroll would provide by team lease company Shift timing:- 09: to 06:00 Working days:- 5 Location:-Mumbai Role Summary The International Platform Paralegal will provide proactive and efficient legal support to companies commercial businesses and manufacturing sites. This includes assisting with contract management, legal documentation, vendor management, and special projects. The role offers exposure to cross-border initiatives and collaboration with legal colleagues in other markets. Key Responsibilities -Help legal streamline processes across multiple markets in the International Commercial Division -Identify and implement efficiencies and consistencies in legal operations, including client tools and AI-based solutions. -Reduce administrative and non-legal workload through resource pooling and technology adoption. -Create and maintain contract templates and legal support tools (e.g., self-service portals). -Vendor management, including onboarding and payment processing of vendors. -Support training initiatives, including training the business on simplicity initiatives and self-service tools. -Participate in international legal projects and support attorneys across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., Europe, Latin America). Qualifications -Minimum 5 years of para-legal experience, ideally within a pharmaceutical or multinational corporate legal department. -Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. -Advanced proficiency in AI tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. -Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail. -Collaborative, proactive, and highly organised with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Preferred Attributes -Experience working in an international legal environment -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
