We are assisting a fast-growing technology company in hiring a Paralegal / Legal Operations Associate to join their legal team in Mumbai. This role would be 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 for: - Individuals who are organized, proactive, and comfortable with administrative and coordination work in a professional legal setup. - Candidates who enjoy structured work like document management, tracking, and process follow-ups, and want exposure to corporate legal, secretarial, and compliance functions. What we’re looking for: - Based in Mumbai - 1–3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in-house legal executive - Strong legal acumen with excellent organisational and communication skills 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: - Calendar updates and meeting invites for the team, co-ordinating with Admin team for travel Arrangements scheduling conference calls based on internal and external availability - Managing Intern onboarding (introduction, SOP familiarisation, finalising certificates etc.) - Undertaking basic legal research and preparing legal notes - Responsible for general administrative work as needed to support the Legal Team (i.e. gap analysis, contract management, maintaining local records, etc.) - Supporting ad-hoc projects and initiatives that may be allocated from time to time Interested professionals can write to prachi@vahura.com.
