Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager located in Pune. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, handling customer inquiries, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, and addressing any operational issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in handling administrative tasks and using management software
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is beneficial
