Position: Real Estate Analyst

Location: DFA Office, Noida/Gurgaon

Employment Type: Full-time


Join DFA (Design Forum of Architects) as we expand our team for our offices in Noida Sector 83 and Gurugram Sector 50. With a rich history of delivering landmark projects across commercial, residential, townships, and government sectors, DFA is at the forefront of architectural innovation in India.


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Real Estate Analyst to join our team in Noida or Gurgaon, focusing on the Delhi NCR region.


The Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for conducting detailed market research, financial analysis, and strategic planning to support our endeavors and projects within the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the local real estate market, along with analytical prowess and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Experience in other regions is considered a plus.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the Delhi NCR real estate market.
  • Collect and analyze data on property values, rents, occupancy rates, and real estate market conditions.
  • Stay updated with the latest real estate developments, regulations, and economic factors affecting the market.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market analysis and financial assessments.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of research methodologies, data sources, and analytical processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate brokers, developers, and industry professionals.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis, market research, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Delhi NCR real estate market is mandatory; familiarity with other regions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
