We are seeking a talented individual to join our investment team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Senior Manager – Investment SolutionsPortfolio Intelligence

As part of our Global Portfolio Intelligence team, the successful candidate will play a key role in the transformation of our investment capabilities globally

We will count on you to:Work closely with internal stakeholders for development of investment management toolsLead development of tools and processes to aid investment decision makingDevelop enterprise-wide platforms to house investment models and toolsAct as a conduit between business and Information technologyScale and uplift existing investment management infrastructure

What you need to have:MBA/ BE/ B Tech from a top tier college and/or master’s in finance / financial engineering / Quantitative Finance4-5 years of in team management experience preferably in asset / wealth managementKnowledge of Factor modelling, portfolio theory and portfolio analytics is a mustExcellent problem-solving skills with proven track record of implementing scalable solutionsExperience in portfolio analytics with ability to influence internal stakeholdersHands on development experience in python

What make you stand outExperience with cloud and Barra/ FactSet risk models is a plusAny progress towards FRM, CFA or CAIA is a plus
