Senior Manager – Business Analysis (Process Consulting - Non IT)Location: Mumbai

Developing high quality business solutions in an agile context, that deliver valued business outcomes and facilitate informed decisionsBuilding sustainable and repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and executionResearching and monitoring the external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company (e.g. regulations impacting business operations, documentation standards and change management methodologies)Driving optimization of operating models across Marsh, align them to best practices and realize benefits in terms of reduced costs, enhanced revenues, better controls and improved client satisfactionSupporting and designing global solutions for business problemsIdentifying areas of improvement within the business processes, systems and user experienceManaging global stakeholders and project teams in a robust manner & drive proposed changeBuilding capabilities in business solution architecture and to enhance own & and team’s expertise

We will count on you to:

Serve as the source of knowledge concerning business processes, best practices and documentation standardsLead workshops to identify problems, understand impact and help design global solutionsBuild and articulate frameworks and methodologies that can also be self-administered by local teamsPartner with local teams to understand nuances, drive change management and enable adoption of global solutionsDrive standardization of processes, operating model and user experience across business solutionsTake accountability for designing solutions, establishing the business case and obtaining buy-inBuild strong working relationships and support design of the business functionHelp communicate best practices and changes to stakeholders at middle management level

What you need to have:

5 – 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process ConsultantExperience as team member in process blueprinting, digital transformation in a global setupExperience in design/ implementation of automation solutionsFamiliarity with Agile, Six Sigma and Lean principles preferredInsurance or Financial Industry experience preferredExperience in business process modelling preferredExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsFluent in English orally and in writingExperience working with global stakeholders and culturesMBA from a premier business school
