Invoicing & Financial Documentation2. Financial Reporting & Analysis3. VAT & Regulatory Compliance4. Audit & Financial Control5. Vendor & Client Coordination6. Event Budgeting & Cost Tracking7. Multi-Currency Transactions8. Cost Control & Alerts9. Documentation & Archiving10. Interdepartmental CoordinationSkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT and audit procedures, and financial reporting standards for India and the UAE.Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Quick Books, Zoho Books, or equivalent).Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office software.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation.Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial data.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (mandatory).Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting, preferably within events management, hospitality, or creative industries.In-depth understanding of UAE VAT compliance; knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax is an advantage.Experience in event-based costing, reporting, and multi-currency operations.
