This is a full-time junior position requiring one to three years of work experience. The role is pivotal in expanding our business through strategic lead generation and maintaining strong client relationships to drive sales and growth. Qualifications and Skills The candidate should possess excellent lead generation skills (Mandatory skill) to identify and engage potential clients effectively. Proficient in client communication (Mandatory skill) to ensure clear and professional interaction, fostering client confidence and trust. Expertise in relationship building (Mandatory skill) is crucial for cultivating and maintaining long-term client partnerships. Strong email outreach skills are essential for engaging new prospects and nurturing existing client relationships. Experience in cold calling will be instrumental in initiating contact with leads and exploring business opportunities. Market research skills are required to understand industry trends and tailor solutions to meet client needs effectively. Negotiation skills are necessary for successfully closing deals and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with clients. Familiarity with B2B sales processes to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver tailored solutions to corporate clients. Roles and Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through various lead generation methods, including digital and direct approaches. Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting suitable solutions. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities that align with our service offerings. Engage in cold calling and email outreach to potential clients to expand our client base. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to ensure maximum profitability and client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and optimal service delivery is maintained. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market insights to senior management.
