  1. Contract Administration

a. Oversee tenders, negotiations, and closure for projects up to 40-60L.

b. Prepare MIS on contract value, savings, and claims.

  1. Vendor Management

a. Approve vendor panels and payment schedules ranging from 2000-2L

  1. Ensure strict SLA performance and cost efficiency.

  2. IW Governance

a. Check labour clauses in contracts; ensure fair wages and legal compliance.

  1. Risk & Disputes

a. Handle claims/variations; resolve disputes within agreed timelines.

  1. Compliance & Safety

a. Align all contracts with the Indian Contract Act, National Building Code, and client EHS standards
