Job Description – Site Supervisor (Fresher)

Position: Site Supervisor

Location: Project Sites (as assigned)

Reporting To: Project Manager / Principal Architect

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary & Benefits


• Basic Salary: ₹8,000 per month


• Accommodation Allowance: ₹4,000 per month (for living expenses)


• Food Allowance: ₹3,000 per month


• Total Package Value: ₹15,000 per month

Role Overview

The Site Supervisor (Fresher) will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of construction/interior sites. The role involves coordinating with contractors, tracking work progress, ensuring material availability, and reporting site activities to the Project Manager and Architect.

Key Responsibilities

(same as in earlier JD – Daily Site Management, Material Tracking, Coordination, Petty Cash, Quality & Safety, Reporting)

Skills & Requirements


• Education: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech (Civil) or equivalent (freshers welcome).


• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).


• Basic understanding of construction/interior works.


• Strong coordination and reporting ability.


• Smartphone knowledge (WhatsApp updates, photo sharing, basic Excel/Google Sheets).


• Discipline, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
