Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, curious, and driven HR Associate to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn, takes initiative, and is ready to make a real impact. Prior experience is a bonus, but we welcome freshers who are sharp and enthusiastic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups for interviews.
  • Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Help manage candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
  • Support offer rollouts, follow-ups, and hiring documentation.
  • Coordinate campus hiring or bulk drives if required.

HR Operations

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documents.
  • Support onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Assist in attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination.
  • Prepare HR letters, ID cards, and ensure file completeness.

What Were Looking For

  • A smart, organized, and curious individual- quick to understand and eager to improve things.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, ask the right questions, and take ownership of tasks.
  • Comfortable using Excel/Sheets and basic HR software.
  • No prior experience required, but internships or exposure to HR is a plus.
