Role Overview:
As a Software Team Lead you will build, test, deploy and manage software technical team, ensuring the successful execution of multiple MedTech software projects, and maintaining high standards of quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage day-to-day activities, and drive technical excellence.
Heres what we expect from our ideal candidate:
1. Project Management:
Determine project requirements and create work schedules for the team.
Delegate tasks and set daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaise with team members, management, other departments and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Identify risks and develop contingency plans promptly.
Coordinate defect management processes, including reporting, tracking, and certification of remediation efforts
Analyze root causes of defects and work closely with development team members to identify solutions, track defect resolutions and ensure timely fixes.
2. Technical Leadership:
Design, Code, Unit Test, Review and Deploy software as a team.
Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements & defect fixes.
Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
Update work schedules and perform troubleshooting as required.
3. Team Motivation and Development:
Motivate staff and create an environment where they can ask questions and voice concerns.
Be transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
4. Reporting and Communication:
Create project progress reports and deliver presentations to relevant stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, other departments, and clients.
Participate in defect review meetings and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Certification: Any certification in the .NET domain is an additional plus.
Experience: 3 to 8 years of experience
Technical Skills:
Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in .Net, Asp.net, Blazor or Razor Pages, Syncfusion, Visual Studio, C#, SQL Server
Knowledge in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, DevOps, CI/CD, Bugzilla and GitHub.
Soft Skills:
Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
