Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing solar energy projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinating with various teams for land acquisition, grid integration, and infrastructure development
  • Overseeing engineering, procurement, and installation processes
  • Ensuring project timelines and budgets are met
  • Managing client relationships and expectations
  • Implementing safety protocols and maintaining a strong safety culture
  • Coordinating with operation and maintenance teams post-project completion
  • Staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements


To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in solar power plant execution
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of renewable energy technologies, particularly solar
  • Familiarity with grid integration and infrastructure development processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of safety regulations and environmental impact of renewable energy projects
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements
