Description

Primary Responsibilities:Drive team towards organization goal for TechOpsGroom new members and coordinate communication with other teamsParticipate in the management and monitoring of all cloud infrastructure, including on-call coverage for 24/7/365 coverage of the platformCarry out production deployments, identifying and patching bugs and inefficienciesBuilding monitoring and reporting frameworks as well as tools used to streamline and automate tasks throughout the platform lifecycle.Troubleshooting critical production issues across the platform (AWS, Azure, Windows Server) and applications (Java Tomcat, Python, Perl)Provide Customer Service including escalated support for problems and issuesDrive cross-functional teaming and collaboration within all business functionsDevelop and maintain automation for server and application build, test, and deploySetup and monitor Cloud products on Azure using Azure App Insights or DynatraceWorking closely with external and internal customers to complete the technical tasks for onboarding a customer to the platformMinimum Requirements:At least 5 years of relevant experience in a DevOps, TechOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roleYou must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, an operations-oriented mindset, and a knack for technical firefighting, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.Technology stack (Must have):-Cloud Provider – AWS or Azure(Preferred)Monitoring- Experience with at least one monitoring solution Dynatrace, new relic, Azure app insightsScripting – Hands-on experience with Python/PowershellNetwork- Able to setup VPN connectivity using Azure\AWS solutionsCI\CD Tools – Experience with at least one CI\CD tool from TFS, Azure DevOps, team city & JenkinsOS Admin – Windows(Preferred) And\Or LinuxInfra as Code- Experience with at least one ansible/terraform (preferred)/cloud formationKnowledge of Containerization (Docker & Kubernetes)Technology stack (Good to have):-Proved track record to plan and manage SaaS cloud-based configurationCustomer-centric focus to build high-level of trustAbility, competence, and confidence to inspire and lead technical customer onboardingReady to fill gaps and reach over when a situation requiresCuriosity.
