Manager - Workday Success Plans Operations

About the Role
We are looking for a strong, people-first, proactive leader that will build and lead a team supporting three areas of our Workday Success Plans organization. These areas include our Salesforce Operations, Content Design and Center of Excellence.
With our Salesforce Operations area, you will be hiring and leading Business Analysts focused on maintaining and enhancing our systems and tools powered by Salesforce.
With our Content Design area, you will be hiring and leading content designers that design and develop visually engaging content using tools such as Google Slides, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Articulate 360.
With our Center of Excellence, you will be hiring and leading Business Analysts focused on supporting the technology, enablement, and development needs of our consultants. Your team will help with coordinating learning activities, maintaining learning materials, providing process and technology guidance, and supporting key initiatives.
You will bring your experience, energy, and exceptional partnership focus to collaborate with our internal teams and continuously improve our customer experience. You will manage your team by providing leadership, evaluating performance, and participating in the development of team goals and objectives. More specifically you can expect to:
Build and lead a successful team of Business Analysts who will test fixes and enhancements during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance sign-off
Build relationships with Operations, Delivery and Field System teams to better triage reported system issues and facilitate resolution of issues.
Assist Operations & Delivery teams in developing, modifying, and implementing test plans for new functionality
Analyze data and build reports to support custom operational processes
Assist with operations of multiple programs, including onboarding, offboarding and other program management duties as needed
Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify bottlenecks and find opportunities for process and system improvements
Coordinate consultant training and development activities; build training materials and coordinate learning content governance activities.
Provide process and technology guidance, maintain policies and procedures, and take the lead to triage technical and process issues.
Support Program Manager's initiatives, projects, and areas of responsibility.
Manage content designer workloads, priorities, and deadlines to ensure project success, including identifying ways to improve or streamline development processes and workflows
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and scope for content initiatives, and define the goals, expectations, and priorities for designers
About You
Basic Qualifications
10+ years professional experience
3+ years experience managing multi-functional teams
3+ years experience working as a Program Manager, Project Manager or Business Analyst
3+ years of experience with Google Sheets (or Excel) & Salesforce
Fluency in English (spoken and written, business environment and conversational)
Other Qualifications
Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience, and relevant working experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
Strong technology skills; able to learn and adopt new technology.
Ability to be flexible, multi-task and get things done in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
Proficient in Smartsheet
