Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai


Key Responsibilities:

Ideation and Concept Development:

  • Generate innovative design concepts and solutions for new products and packaging.
  • Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and refine design ideas.


Prototyping and Testing:

  • Create detailed prototypes and samples to test and validate design concepts.
  • Utilize various materials and techniques to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing prototypes.
  • Analyze feedback from testing phases and make necessary adjustments to improve designs.


Design and Refinement:

  • Develop detailed design specifications and technical drawings for production.
  • Ensure that designs are aligned with brand identity and product standards.
  • Work with manufacturers to resolve design issues and ensure quality control during production.


Packaging Design:

  • Design packaging solutions that enhance product presentation and protect products during transit.
  • Collaborate with packaging engineers to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
  • Ensure packaging designs comply with regulatory and sustainability standards.


Project Management:

  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including team members, suppliers, and manufacturers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate new technologies and materials into designs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Fusion 360 (3D modeling software) 
  • Proficiency in any digital rendeering software is a plus 
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to create functional and visually appealing designs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
