Job Description
We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager from the Orthopedic Implants & Instruments industry to lead and oversee our pan-India sales operations. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in orthopedic product sales, dealer/distributor management, and nationwide market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for orthopedic implants & instruments across India.
- Lead, guide, and monitor regional sales teams to achieve national targets.
- Track sales performance and present regular reports to the MD.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, surgeons' network, hospitals, and distribution channels.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers, hospitals, surgeons, and distributors.
- Coordinate with marketing for CME programs, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Conduct market & competitor analysis specific to orthopedic devices.
- Negotiate and finalize high-value institutional/hospital deals.
- Ensure timely payment collections in coordination with accounts.
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum years of total sales experience
- At least 5 years in a managerial position handling multi-location teams
- Experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500, ₹1,800,000.00 per year
