Job Title: Compliance Officer & Manager – Finance & Accounts Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar Years of experience - 3About the Role We are looking for a dynamic professional who is a Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Company Secretary (CS) to lead compliance and manage finance functions for our Fund operations in GIFT City. This is a dual-role position involving regulatory compliance under IFSCA/SEBI and fullspectrum finance & accounts management.Qualifications  Professional qualification (CA/CS) with 3 years post qualification experience in compliance and risk management in a listed company or an entity regulated by a financial sector regulator  Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.  Preference to candidates with knowledge of IFSCA, SEBI (AIF/FME) regulations, SEZ compliances and Indian tax laws.  Excellent analytical skills, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities  Act as designated Compliance Oicer in line with IFSCA guidelines.  Establish and implement Fund’s Compliance and Risk Management Framework, including policies for good governance, AML, cyber security, data protection etc.  Ensure timely regulatory filings, investor KYC/AML checks, and ongoing compliance monitoring with IFSCA, SEZ, FEMA, Income tax and other applicable laws.  Maintain statutory registers, minutes and licenses as per the regulatory requirements.  Prepare and submit quarterly/annual compliance reports to the IFSCA and Trustees and act as primary compliance liaison.  Oversee day-to-day accounting, fund accounting, and facilitate in corporate tax filings (GST, TDS etc), budgeting, treasury and investor reporting.  Preparation of financial statements and coordinate statutory/tax audits.  Liaise with regulators, auditors, custodians, and tax advisors.
