Job Description – Website Designer / Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop responsive websites using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Create visually appealing layouts with Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other design tools

Work on SEO optimization (on-page & technical) for better website ranking

Customize WordPress themes and plugins to match client requirements

Collaborate with marketing team for landing pages, creatives, and ad banners

Deliver projects on time and maintain quality standards

Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions

Ensure websites are optimized for performance, security, and mobile compatibility

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery
Experience with SEO best practices (meta tags, sitemaps, schema, etc.)
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW (for web graphics, banners, mockups)
Ability to design UI/UX-friendly layouts
Knowledge of responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS preferred)
Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility & website speed optimization
Creativity and ability to work independently on projects
Qualification

Any Graduate / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, or relevant field

Certification in Web Design / WordPress / SEO (preferred but not mandatory)

Salary Range

Competitive salary based on experience + project incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
