Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact between customer-facing teams, production, and external partners for Ecommerce, packaging, and product customization projects.
Create and maintain project schedules for Ecommerce product launches and customized packaging orders, ensuring all milestones are met and stakeholders are informed of progress.
Monitor and manage Ecommerce project timelines , ensuring smooth execution of orders, from product selection to packaging and delivery.
Develop a deep understanding of Customizable's products and services , including our customizable packaging solutions, to ensure accurate and effective communication with both customers and internal teams.
Coordinate multiple Ecommerce and packaging projects simultaneously, including the integration of product customization features, ensuring that all stages are executed smoothly.
Collaborate with internal and external teams (design, marketing, production, and vendors) to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Identify potential delays or risks in Ecommerce workflows and customized packaging processes , proactively developing solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Manage the ordering process, issue purchase orders , and track the status of purchased materials for customized product packaging.
Support internal teams during peak periods, helping with project coordination and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
Attend Ecommerce and industry trend meetings , bringing back insights to improve project execution, especially in customized product offerings and packaging design.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within project management and the customization process to enhance operational efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
College degree in a relevant field such as project management, business operations, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, ideally within Ecommerce, packaging, or customizable products industries.
Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms , including product customization and packaging workflows.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical details (e.g., product customizations, packaging designs) into actionable tasks for internal teams.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Experience with project management software , Google Docs , Google Sheets , or similar tools.
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment , ensuring deadlines are met.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for Ecommerce , packaging , and customization with a desire to work in an innovative and growing company.
